Flemish Competition: Fiction

Several names currently echoing in the Flemish film and television scene will no doubt ring a bell with frequent visitors of Kortfilmfestival Leuven. Artist in focus and Peaky Blinders director Tim Mielants started at the festival years ago and recently impressed viewers and critics with his film Wil, last year's Artist in focus, Veerle Baetens, has since directed Het Smelt and Kato De Boeck and Flo van Deuren have released the TV series Roomies since their noted presence at the festival. This competition offers you the chance to discover the most promising names of Flemish cinema and to vote for the Audience Award.
